Three years ago, Becky Thompson weighed 254 pounds and could hardly walk across a room without being out of breath.

Since then, the 56-year-old shed 70 pounds, but she couldn't maintain the weight loss.

"I did not continue with cardio on my treadmill and bike," she explained. "I reached 182 pounds, then I gained 20 of it back."

So Thompson's set on reaching her goal weight of 170 pounds.

"I'm determined," she said about losing the weight and keeping it off. "I've started getting back into that old routine of being out of breath and not being able to do what I want to do."

And there's so much left to do for Thompson and 30 co-workers aiming to supersize their new, thinner lives.
